Greensquare Garden

313 unique apartments are being built on Strandlodsvej in Amager Strandpark, in the Greensquare Garden residential building. The building has a gold pre-certification under the DGNB sustainability standard.

The 313 apartments in Greensquare Garden have 2, 3 or 4 rooms. All of the apartments are made of modern materials, and have a private balcony with views of the surrounding area – many offer views of Øresund.

CSK supplied balconies, ground, roof and stairwell railing, utility rooms on roofs and external ladderways.

Technical characteristics

·    The balconies are designed so that rainwater is fed to the drain on the balcony.

·    Floors are made of fire-approved sandwich panels, finished with Cumaru hardwood.

·    The railing is made of glass clamped in a U-shaped rail on top of the balcony beam, with angled handrails.
